Fast Track Fundings Terms & Conditions

Effective date: January 1, 2026. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FastTrackFundings.com and the Fast Track Fundings matching service. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Fast Track Fundings Is Not a Lender

Fast Track Fundings is an advertising and matching service that connects consumers with independent third-party lenders. We do not make loans, broker loans, set rates, or make credit decisions, and we are not an agent of any lender. Nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation to lend.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and able to enter a binding contract to use the Site. By submitting a request, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for evaluating any loan offer and for your decision to accept or decline it.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or approved for a loan. All credit decisions, rates, and terms are determined solely by the lenders in our network.

5. Relationship With Lenders and Third Parties

If a lender makes you an offer, any resulting loan is solely between you and that lender and is governed by their agreement. Fast Track Fundings is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any loan, its terms, servicing, or collection.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including the Fast Track Fundings name and logo, are owned by Fast Track Fundings or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Track Fundings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any loan you obtain through it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fast Track Fundings harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them.
